On my most recent visit to your store on Mapleview Dr., Barrie, Ont. I was served by your team member, Joel. He didn’t deliver good customer service - he delivered GREAT customer service - handled his duties most efficiently and what a personality. He’s what every employer, especially in the retail business, would love to have represent their company. In your case, he represents you to the utmost since the guy’s a definite WINNER! You are lucky to have him—hang on to him—PROMOTE HIM—train him to be a trainer and show everyone else out there how it should be done.
