If you’re a valid customer who enjoyed the employee discount of Verizon Wireless services in the past year, you’re now required to renew your discount eligibility again. The fastest and easily way to do it is go the website www.Verizonwireless.com/renewdiscount and follow the instructions to complete the validation process online.

How to Renew Your Discount:

First, open the above validation website link.

Then, read the terms and choose which way you would like to validate. You can validate by Work Email Address or by Paystub.

By Work Email Address, just click on the “Continue” button and enter your work email address. If your email matches their participating companies, then they will send you an email with a link to confirm your eligibility.

By Paystub, you need to complete the Customer Information and Employer Information sections of the Discount Eligibility form, then upload a digital copy of your recent paystub. You’ll receives a status notification via email after your submission.

You can also call the phone number (800) 890-8007 and speak to a customer service to start the validation process.

    I have already applied for my continued discount and recieved a reply at work that said my discount would continue. I received a letter in the mail saying I need to apply for my discount. I typed in the address provided and this is where the address brought me. It is very confusing. Will I continue to receive my discount?

    I have sent in the renewal form for one of my phones. Do I need to do the same for a
    second phone? I would have rather spoke too a real person about this instead of the
    message machine. I would have like to have taken care of this for both phones on
    one form.

    I need to have this dicount under my husbands name because he is retired from department of corrections also a veteran. His name is paul tiberi and the gentleman on the phone says I need assumption on liability so the account can have his name on it

    Verizon, needs to quit harassing their customers about their employment. This is worse than when they were shaken us up about who your friends were, just to give you a discount. Now it is who is your employer and send us your pay-stub and just blot out your private information. just like sending your bank account and void the account numbers. Does AT&T ride their customers like this? I am no longer obligated to feel loyal to Verizon.

    I’m a retiree of Bank of America. Hence I don’t have a work email address or pay stub to submit. If I had the discount since I retired in 2007, how can I continue it???

    I am retired from Mercy Hospital/ Catholic Health System. I no longer have a workplace e-mail or a pay stub. Do I still qualify for this discount?
