The crew seemed to be hustling,and food was good ,I’m biased since I’m from New Orleans which has the best Popeyes restaurants in the world. The service was ,great and when I brought a customer,being as I drive a taxi the next day to another Popeyes at Winchester and Kirby Pkwy they were even friendlier, and the crew was festive,smiling ,and neat and attractive in their uniforms. The only problem I do have is not with the restaurants but the survey ,you can’t win which i’ve never won by phone and the website doesn’t work.
Now if it’s an advertisement ploy it’s unfair and really disappointing, the food and customer service should be the draw not these type ploys. 901-502-5994

i was very impressed with WILLIE cashier at window store number 7431 he charged me incorectly, and i did not notice while i was waiting for my chicken he told me he overcharged me and refunded my money, also very polite.

I went to popeyes on Chef Menteur Hwy it was so nasty the onion ring well old and the wings well old and the coleslaw were sour and the employee we not nice
they charge me 22 cent for sauce they said if you don’t buy strip you have to pay for the sauce i Don’t eat kechup and they did’nt give me my soda. I did not go back for my drink. It just not right.

I been looking for a place to post this.. I want everyone to know how popeyes on gilmer rd in longview made me feel today as i went in to order my food I felt the difference in the atmosphere !!Let me tell you loved the food,service,and especially the new freindly faces! I use to come in occasionally but i just had to stop i work graveyard shift and the last thing i wanted to see was rude people who hate their jobs. . Thanks to my friend who mentioned it had made a complete turn for the best i decided to give it another try and Boy was he ever right !! Keep up the great work and a special thanks to the new manager!! will be a great success and has regained and old costumer i will be coming back and bringing some friends along !!!!!
My husband and I visited your Popeyes Restaurant located at 1401 Lafayette St., Gretna, LA on Friday, March 2, 2012 and placed an order thru your drive up window. The store location number is 2249. As we returned home to eat our Pop Corn Shrimp Dinners and after I had buttered the biscuit and taken a bite I pulled a long HAIR out of my mouth. I was totally disgusted and could not eat anymore.
It was nasty I found a hair in my food
I was dissapointedat not being able to get all 4 pieces of spicy chicken. No offer of butter or honey, if they have them. Reading most of the replies, it’ll be quite a while before I go back. This was in Toledo, Ohio. Chicken tasted VERY good, but the experience wasn’t as good as I remember from New Orleans. Obviously they are not learning from the feedback they’re receiving. As for hair in my food, I would never go back.
I stopped at Popeye’s for the first time in a long time, my diet doesn’t allow too many visits. I was especially looking forward to the hand battered onion rings. I ordered the #11, spicy chicken sandwich but the chicken was noticeably AWOL – all breading and dry. It was ordered without mayo. The Dr. Pepper was flat and when my order was ready, they orgot my side of red beans and rice. The food was lukewarm at best and I was very disappointed. I was a regular before and used this occasion as a treat, but how dissappointing.

I went to orchard met exchg outlet on 28/4 17:52 , zulaihah took my order and I show her the QR Code n ask her for the free Cajun fries with purchases make her. When I reached home, I cannot find the free item in the packed food. I am very disappointed with their service. The outlet should inform the staff about the promotion and please give the customer.
Usually i use the drive thru, but today i seen a sign posted in the window that said, “Chicken Livers are back”. I quickly came to a stop and parked, rushed inside and ordered a large chicken liver, oh yes, and my regular order. It took a few minutes because the livers was fried to order. As i waited i looked around and the eating area was clean and in order, and i may add that counter staff was courteous and friendly. I sat and ate all of my livers right there, hot and crunchy out of the fryer, very delicious i shall say. Hope the livers be around for a while.
