I went to popeyes in Pennsylvania at the sideling plaza on the turnpikeonly to find the restaurant wasso poorly ran that they did not even have chicken for the customers!! What a disappointment, but they won’t see my business again from now on we will travel the extra 78 miles to Roy Rodgers!

I did the survey on the phone and completed. According to the reciept I was supposed to get a Validation code and return back to Popeye along with my reciept for free 2 pieces of chicken and a biscuit free. I did not get a code…..so that means I will not get the free meal? You took 5 mins of my time. Thanks Popeye. what a joke

I love the chicken, everyone at my job says it the only thing I eat, and I mean 4 of 5 times a week. However I have done the survey over and over and never won the ipod or cash, has anyone ever won?
I phoned the 800# on the back on my receipt and told by a person that number had been changed or no longre in use. The cos on that call cost mm $500. I dialed it twice to be certain about the number. So what good is the receipt !

My son and i went to pop eyes for .our food was for take out my potatos was cold no napkins and no honey. I was very disapointed. I will never eat there again at Quinlan Tx. 75474
Went to your store #11072 to try your rip-pin chicken. You need to change it Rip-off chicken. Your national add say it’s a whole breast of chicken that showed at least six strips attach to the bottom of a breast. What i received was 5 pieces batter wrap around skin. And when I call the store to complain, The store supervisor said that the “RIP OFF CHICKEN” Is press breast pieces. I asked her if she had seen the National Add, And she said that she had not. So how can your stores sell something when your managers don’t know what the product is. You receive a F maybe you need some retraining but ill be giving my money to Church’s or K.F.C. from here out.

My wife Barbara & I (Henry) Bordelon visited Popeyes STORE # 2204 6414 Hwy 90 East Morgan City, LA 70380 Ticket # 78 on 6/2/2012 @ 7:48 AM Cashier : Jessica T! I have the receipt and I told them that I would report them – they did not care!!!.
We went into this store for breakfast and waited patiently for the cashier to count money for the register – NOT a Problem.
We placed our orders (you can look it up) and watched the cashier take 2 Styrofoam containers out and place in each one a Hash Brown and a scoop of Eggs for our order from the warming device – the containers were left open and shuffled around while an order behind us and multiple drive up orders were processed including drive ups that were well behind us when we pulled up and entered this store.
I watched while all other orders were filled over a 4 minute period and asked finally if those two Styrofoam containers (that were shuffled back and forth at this point 5 minutes earlier) were ours. I was told that they were.
I told the sales person that I wanted HOT food and not food that had been placed 4 minutes earlier in the open Styrofoam containers.
The cashier started to place the already removed food back into the warming trays and replace it with food from the warming trays but told the – I guess the Manager about my issue.
Other employee’s were also involved (all Black) and went to great extents after I explained to her the warm or hot food problem that they had been doing this for over 2 years and did not understand my concerns – the food stays as warm as in the warmers as in the OPEN Styrofoam containers ?????.
What is the education regarding food preparation for your stores – a manager does not understand or she does not want to loose face with a white customer?
I really felt at this point like I was treated with descrimation – all black store and my wife and I were white – they made no attempt to understand my complaint but rather treated us like we were stupid whites like we do not understand a food warming process!
Finally after all this trouble I had my money refunded – but it still leaves a very bad taste in my mouth regarding Popeyes.
I am really upset about this am ready to have this published in my local Lafayette, Louisiana newspaper and name Popeyes as the problem.

i had two coupns for a free meal at the popyes at 11311 lockwood drive in silversping, Md. the supervisor maria azyla, ( last name maybe spelled wrong) but she was the supervisor on duty and then cashier Vigny Juni treated me very badley. The cashier and the supervisor denied my coupons without entering them in the computer. The supervisor said they are trained to look at the coupon number with out puting them in the computer. neither one of the people had any knowlegde of what thay are doing, i very upset with this store. This store stinks, very unclean. The service was horrible and nasty. I filed a complaint about the store. This happen sunday, june 10,2012.
