I waited 20 minutes at the drive thru for a call in order. I had to get a parking space and go in. When I got inside Michelle, the manager, said the buzzer was broken. However they could see me clearly waiting there and I could see them looling at me.
I order pizza for lunch EVERY saturday. $21- 27. I can wait up to ten minutes looking at my order on the counter getting cold before anyone comes to the window. They are walking around and have very few inside customers.
They take me for granted and are intentionally rude.

We girls here at work have the great pizza’s from pizza hut at least 1-2 times amonth for lunch.Not to mention feeding the family for dinner. It will never get old. We have many variations of pizza styles her in Moline and surrounding area,but none as good or economical as yours.Thanks.

I waited 15 minutes and then another 10 minutes before they told me that my Pizza had jammed in the oven so I had to Wait another 20 minutes before I got my Pizza. they said they were sorry, I taught they might offer me a $5 coupon for my next order the peoples in the store were very very nice and very polite
I orser from your store 024644 about 2 timea a month, sometimes more… I have always gotten great service and food… It take me about 20 minutes to get there. My food is always hot and ready… The personal is always nice and friendly…. Thank You Very Much….. Dianne Clarida
