On Apirl 23,2013 I went to Pizza Hut #009602 to tell my husband that I was there to pick him up. But as soon as I walked in the door to let him know Ashley Robbins the so called shift leader stopped me just to tell me in front of 2 customers and 1 waitress that my husband was to slow at his job. That was very wrong of her to say that to me in front of other people and I want something done. My husband has no knowledge of me doing this complaint. But she needs not to be there at all because I have seen to much of how she is to the employees and the customers.So please do something about this before she drives off the employees on her shift and then this store will then loose money plus everyone else. Thank You.
The Pizza Hut located @ store 006820 is a Nice & Clean. The Friendly Staff is a bonus the buffet bar is always hot & stocked, and you never have to worry about being thirsty, they really take care of ya.Thank You Pizza Hut you have a great Staff there working for ya, They will keep us coming back, One of your workers went way out of her way and helped me when I was in pain and seen that I was very comfortable and gotten what I wanted & needed, Now thats sweet and Service..

We went to Pizza Hut in Moulton,Al (002937) and got very little service. This was for Sunday buffet around 1:00 p.m. on June 9th. I had to go to the counter to get our siverware, napkins and all drink refills. We, as well as all other customers were always waiting on food to be placed on buffet. We have had poor service in the past and thought we would give it another try. The staff was friendly, just very understaffed. I don’t think the health department would like forks and knifes being passed out from a bucket on the counter by the check out. This has nothing to do with the poor service, but the food on the buffet is not on the level as take out.
Last night my husband went to get our pizza in the downpour and brought it home , started to put it on plates and noticed that it was doughy.. he didn’t want to go back out again but I wasn’t going to pay for pizza that wasn’t cooked and I would go out myself in the lightening. He finally did and our second pizza was more cooked but still doughy in parts. I usually love their pizza… maybe it was the late hour still not acceptable.
