Enjoy shopping at Canadian Tire.
Service was great by Nancy Wilson.
Kudos to Jordan Van Hemert at the Bradford, Ontario store on November 17, 2012. On a busier than usual Saturday, Jordan attended to an operating problem I was having with two identical products purchased a year earlier that were still under warranty. I would rate his performance as a 10+ given his more than courteous, prompt and thorough service throughout the entire process until I was out the door. Please ensure his immediate supervisor and Human Resources are advised accordingly. Many thanks.

Looking for that special christmas decoration and Linda was right there to help out. Thanx
I believe that your recent 3da (23-25Nov) synthetic oil change was a poor offer because most flyers are not seen by households until Fri ie 1da lost already, and most families with only one car cannot leave it overnight until the next afternoon which happened at the Orleans branch. It was much more customer friendly to pre-sell oil changes for use within the next 3-4mo which you used to do a few yr ago.

Timmins Canadian Tire Store.
Thank you Carolyn.
My Husband And I Were Shopping For Some Christmas Gifts. Knowing That We Seemed A Little Confused In What Item To Purchase, One Of The Staff Members Came Up To Us And Asked If She Could Help With Anything. Francine Triolet Not Only Provided Us With Information But Guided Us Through The Store To Help Out In The Other Items That We Were Looking For. She Was An Exceptional Help. We Were So Pleased With The Customer Service That We Were Actually Shocked!!! Knowing That This Is The Busiest Time Of Year It Was Nice To See A” SMILING ” Individual Taking Time Out To Help Us. Thank You Francine, We Need More Employees Like You Out There. The Canadian Tire Corp. Should Be Proud Of You On Your Professionalism.
Sincerely: Mark&Karen R.
