Hi… My name is little fat Jack Harmeling. I am a Bischon Poo that thinks that I am really a Geatdane. Today my mom dropped me off at the place where these nice girls take me from her and take me in the back. Then a very kind and gentle lady put her hands on me and took some blood from me. My mom told me I was getting my yearly check up before we went. Oh I like yearly check ups.
Then this other nice lady called a doctor… checked me all over. I have been getting this fine treatment since I was a baby, now I am 21. Guess they have been taking really good care of me. My mom is a Nurse and knows what is best for me.
My dad came to pick me up, I was happy to see him… but can’t wait to go back there to Banfield in Florence Kentucky where we BLEED BLUE…

Thank you from Jacks parents… You guys are Great and we would not trust anyone else with him.

on nov 27 I called to determine cost and was given a figure of 60 to 67 fdollars I made an appointment and when got there was given a figure of 42.10 after the vet initial examination I was told the cost would be 82 dollars pluss Obcviously the help does not know what is going on and just put everything in. After discussion with the vet it was determined that one shot was not required and that the rescus people were paying for the office visit. If I was not aware of the information given to me I would have paid twice what was required. I believe this is inappropriate action . as far as the vet goes I am please with the treatment Just don’t try to over bill you clients

My Name is Simba and I am an 8 year old yellow lab but am really a reincarnated Latino male teenager! I love Salsa music.
I love my Doctors at Banfield. They take really good are of me. Especially Dr. Rivas. He takes care of my brother Theo and my cousin Diego. We are all on the wellness plan and are very healthy! Too bad they don’t have a Doggie Olympics because we will bring home the gold, silver and bronze!
I love Banfield! We are healthier than most of our human family members! And smell better too!

I picked up Simba after his annual teeth cleaning and was very disturbed at the way the staff at Banfield treated a stray dog that was hit by a car. Two humane young men saw the female pitbull laying in the street and carried her to Banfield in Green Acres. They taped her paw and walked by foot. The customers were disturbed that no one at the hospital would treat the poor dog or make her comfortable. She looked as if she was a nursing dog (redboned pitbull). They kept telling us that they called the ASPCA. We are dedicated customers to Pet Smart and Banfield and donate to homeless pets each time we buy something or pay a medical bill. It disgusts me that no one could at least take the dog in the back so that others do not get the perception that Banfield employees do not care about wounded stray animals! The customers were saddened and broken-hearted. they could have least placed the dog in a blanket in the back until the ASPCA arrived. I would think that the medical employees at Banfield would have more common sense than to let their customers witness such nonchalant behavior to a animal that was in serious pain.
It makes me wonder where our donations are going! Unbelievable!

My name is Henry W. Longfellow and I have just come from Banfield on FM 544 in Wylie, TX, where I was treated by my Veterinarian Dr. Braziel. I don’t know what I would do without her. I am a regular and I wait for appointments with her. I am a rather neurotic basset and Dr. Braziel is so kind and patient with me that I don’t know how I got along without her. Kasandra and the rest of the staff are also wonderful.

Answering survey is one way of informing the management that there is a need for improvement, there is a need to retain the process or a need to change the process. In this way, you are the reason for the change. Keep it up!

In words it is hard to express how great Dr. Robinson has been with my Two Dogs (Mattie, Scooter ) and my Sons Dog (Lekker). Dr. Robinson takes pride in her profession and after exams are done by her she tells me in detail what is happening with my kids (dogs). She always has a smile on her face and is NEVER short with animals masters.(don’t like the word master but do not know another word to say). I have sent six different families to Dr. Robinson for their animals care and all have thanked me for doing so.

I would also like to express my sincere thanks to the front desk staff especially Shannon and Kyisha for their FANTASTIC Customer Service. I know what it takes to be a GOOD Customer Service Rep. as I taught Customer Service in the Navy to Hospital Staff and I would give these ladies A+. There could not be a better Vet. Assistant than Jessica. My Dogs love Jessica and mind her well as it appears they like her as well. Jessica is very kind and very understanding lady to my pets and myself.

I have never won anything in my 70 years on this earth. I have had to work for everything so I am not writing this other than to tell you how wonderful the Clinic is, Silverdale, WA.

    Thanks to you all,
    Ace
