I would like to return a defective item and I went to the store with the order number so that I dont’ have to go thru the trouble to mail it and back was unable to do so. Order # 602-9032307-0453050-PLEASE HELP ME! I am very unhappy with the service at the store-3 managers were unable to help me. What can be done about this defective merchandise. I am out $105.09 with a radio/CD player that is not working properly. Thank you.

You are not alone Mary! I received a broken bookcase and have tried 7 times to get a competent customer service rep who could just send me a return shipping label! What they send says,” Currently unable to print label for return. The the suggest contacting the Guest Contact Center which is the same hassle with no mailing label all over again. Got hung up on, put on hold forever. I used to think very highly of Target and had no problems in the past, but I’m not going to be out $70.00 . I will tell everyone I can about this experience and stop shopping at Target if this does not get resolved.

SAME HERE. I ordered a bookcase and was sent the wrong color. I went through the returns process online and every time the UPS label shows up as a broken image! I spent over an hour on the phone talking to multiple people and all anyone could do was try to resend me the shipping label- however every time they send it the link says “Currently unable to print label for return.” What a joke. Every single person I talk to has no idea and just does whatever they can do to get me off the phone. (And the kicker is they won’t let me return the item in the store!) I shop at Target all the time and have been a loyal customer for years. This is absurd.

I returned a TV and received a reply to my asking if my extended warranty costing $17 could be refunded, and the reply said yes….ho ho…..just try to get it done…it’s like a loop the loop experience getting no where….I would advise everyone to never invest a dime in a warranty from Target for anything.

I got a teapot item #1049059 DPCI # 070-09-0045 Primula Tea Glass tea pot set and the teapot was broken. I would like it replaced. Do I need to send this one back and if so do you have a shipping label so you and I are aware of what is happening and I can track it? Donna Schomburg 662-542-4337
