I have been visiting The Shoppers Drug Mart near my home in Orleans ever since I moved here from Montreal in 2008, and I can honestly that the staff is extremely polite, knowledgeable and more than willing help the customer at all times.
So many tooth whitening products on offer, so confusing. As Maria sees me hesitate she stops by, and together we check and compare what’s available. At the end I feel confident in zeroing in on the product that matches my requirements: first of all not too hard on sensitive teeth, please! Maria has a way of sorting things out—just as I’ve seen her do at the checkout on days when the place is hopping.

Shoppers drug mart are good and convenience all the staff are so helpful and nice.
i was in the store yesterday and a very nice lady behind the pharmacy counter helped me out with a skin rash problem known only to women. very helpful

Tried to use your automated prescription renewal by telephone.
Found it very confusing there was no ending when finishing the first prescription
When picking up order after talking to pharmacist ,they noted there were two orders for the same prescription.
This confused them and me. Maybe head office can review the process and make it easier for the staff(which I must say are fantastic) and the customer.
