    Tried to use your automated prescription renewal by telephone.
    Found it very confusing there was no ending when finishing the first prescription
    When picking up order after talking to pharmacist ,they noted there were two orders for the same prescription.
    This confused them and me. Maybe head office can review the process and make it easier for the staff(which I must say are fantastic) and the customer.
