Did the survey and did not receive the coupon code. Last time I did this I could not get to the survey. Poor tech problems. Customer frustration and the stores cannot help you with this. Needs to be fixed if you want customers to give you feedback and reward them with a discount coupon.

This is the 4th time i’ve tried to do this survey, I think you should still honour the coupon discount offer as I did everything I could to complete this and before you ask customers to do this frustrating survey, make sure you don’t waste our time – time is precious sorry, especially when ur a parent.
Very frustrating . Trying to tell about a specific person and there is no spot to do it. The reciept tells you the web site however,8 different surveys come up.

Received a flyer from a great Employee “John” at Park Royal Store West Vancouver BC…”How I Did Today”. Went to entre his name but there was no way to account for his great service. Had to use the receipt from the previous Kids Gap purchase day before as there was all this info needed. Still got the cupon but wrong emplyee was recognised for exceptional service.
I had trouble getting this survey yesterday, but when I came back to computer this morning there was the survey. A very helpful gal named Katherine helped me in the Fashion Mall Store in Indianapolis store.
