Please keep your rebate of $3.99 I don’t need the rebate bad enough for you to waste my time. I went throught the process you set up for me to get my rebate and at the end you say my time has expired. I will be going to Office Depot for now on, If you cannot make it easy, as your slogan says then I’ll shop elsewhere.

Hi: I have tried to get results by calling and now I am trying email. Very hard to get a customer service person to talk to, finally talked to a gal and got cut off.
I talked to a gal a few months ago., I had put in a rebate by email for $9.98 and didn’t think I got the check. She cancelled the one I got in the mail for $12.97, so it cost me bank charge of $10.00. Never did hear about $9.98 i submitted by email #47605610. I would like a response to this. Thank you.
