yes i was at smokey bones on march 29th a 5:00 pm for my brothers birthday dinner we both ordered the beef brisket dinners only to be told that it was not done even tho the menue said after 4:00 we had allready ordered 2 beers which were way over priced 12dollars i would never recomend smoky bones to anyone
My wife and I visited the location on 98 n. in lakeland, fl. yesterday 4/18/13 it was around 5:30 our waiter was andy:( i asked him what type of gin they carry and he wasn’t sure. after that he brought our drinks and our app. arrived soon after. it was cold the smothered fries did not have sour cream i had to ask for it, and it was not good. Then we ordered a burger to split and it was cold the fries were cold and it was to say the least very dissapointing. I am a rest. mgr. and I know that servers need a personality, this guy has none! zero! zip! nada! needless to say we won’t be going back anytime soon. They were not busy either which adds insult to injury.Thank you for a very dissapointing time.
