I just stopped at your store here in Ranson, W.V. I came in to the Panera Bread (Cafe 4431) to find a big puddle of water on the floor which I almost slipped and fell going to the restroom. I also found most of the table with crumbs on them and your servers and staff shooting the breeze with only about 5 customers in the entire store. You’re lucky it’s too late to call the W.V. Health Dept. to report both this safety violation as well as how dirty the tables are with crumbs and who knows whate else on the table. Looks like I might have to start going to Subway for my lunch now.
we usually are pleased with our meals at Panera, However on our last visit we were given the wrong buzzer so our food set on counter for awhile and my soup had cooled to luke warm
