Are you a regular customer of RONA? Did you purchase home decoration and house renovation products from RONA recently? If yes, you might have seen the survey invitation on a receipt obtained from a representative of a participating RONA. Just visit the website www.Opinion.rona.ca and follow the instructions to complete the customer satisfaction survey, then you could have a chance to win a $1,000 RONA gift card.

How to enter the survey:

To start the survey, you should find the Access Code on your receipt. Then open the above mentioned website, select your language and enter code accurately to start the survey. Please ensure there is no confusion between the letter “I” and the number 1 as well as the letter “O” and the number 0. Once you log onto the survey, just answer the survey questions based on your RONA experience.

Once you complete the survey, you will be automatically entered into the customer contest for your chance to win.

    I purchased a dehumidifier on Saturday 23/11. As it was heavy I requested assistance, and after waiting 10 minutes in vain I carried it out myself and put it in my car trunk. Needless to say it was heavy and to top it off it was raining. No help there at all.

    Also it would be beneficial to not on the packaging that a hose is needed to have continuous draining. As I live 25kms away from the store it means another trip into the city for the hose. Either supply it or make note that it is not included. After all toys say battery not included!

    Same problem as many above, access code does not work.
    Waste of time filling these things out!!

    What a joke the survey is. It will not accept the access code on the bottom of the bill.
