I have had dinner at your facility with friends in Shreveport twice in the past month. The first time I had the never ending pasta. There was not enough sauce on the pasta to even say there was some on it. They ran out of salad.
I had dinner there last night with two other couples. The couples ordered an entree with which comes one of your large bowls of salad. I ordered just the salad. The waiter brought only two bowls of salad. I had to share my entree salad with one couple and when it was all gone they would not bring me another bowl so I had to eat from the other couples bowl of salad!!! I was paying for a separate bowl of salad!!!!!!!
Another thing is I do not like your doughy bread sticks! So I requested that they split, butter, add lots of garlic and toast them brown, the waiter said we are not allowed to do that. I have eaten at your resturant ever since you came to this city and they have never refused to do this. Instead the waiter said we can toast some other bread for you to which I agreed. When he brought it, they had put so much garlic salt on it that I could not eat it and no one at my table could eat it. That was NOT GARLIC bread!!!
I will not eat at your resturant until this is corrected. I feel the workers in the kitchen did not want to split the buns and prepare them like the customer desired. You only have one kind of people working in this resturant that I saw. It used to be better but has gone North!

Our waitress Kayla M. was absolutely great and the food as usual was wonderful. In fact there was so much we had to take some home. um for tomorrow. We will return soon.

The things we like best are the parking my wife is hadicapped and that imoportant.the hostess went out of her way to acconadate two old timmers
We love olive garden, and go whenever we are close by, wether traveling,
or running errands. Fortunately there is a new one about to open in the
town we live in. We love to go for the salad/soup/breadsticks luncheon,
and perhaps have a great desert. As seniors on a budget, we enjoy the
price of the lunch hour. Your are good at what you do. And it is our
pleasure to dine out with you.
We had dinner today and we had a great waitress she was so polite and she made our dinner vert enjoyable everthing was serve with rate of 10. her name is ( LACEY ) salad was great and entree was hot and servewith a smile. thank you for a great meal LACEY

I eat with two friends today at the Lancaster Olive Garden. We were promptly seated since we came at 11:30AM. All the ladies were so nice and professional. The service was great and the food came on time. We had a great time eating together as we visited. I will be back again to be sure.

On February 10, I took my wife and daughter to the Olive Garden restaurant in Christiansburg, Virginila. I’ll say right off that the food was superb. More than I wanted to spend but worth the money. The obstacles weren’t worth it.
I don’t like waiting in line. A previous trip would have resulted in a wait of over an hour,but I didn’t wait. The next time I called for reservations but the lady said they didn’t take reservations for 3 people. She said they never have a wait over 30 minultes. We went and we waited 50 minultes. Also for security I’m told not to let your credit card out of your sight. I couldn’t do that, so I paid cash. I’m afraid I shorted the waitress a little to pay the bill. I don’t think the good food overcame the obstacles of service.
We love our montgomeryville, pa restaurant that our large extended family enjoys patronizing whenever they come to town for a visit. Everyone can find something to enjoy, from our 82 year old mom to our 8 year old nephew. Over the years it has become our family go to eatery. The service is always great, from the hostess to the waitstaff to the busboys, álways very pleasant and attentive. The quality of the food and the generously portioned meals are a true value for our money. This is one of the important reasons we continuously frequent your establishment. Relative values; great eatery with an exceptional bang for your buck, from the door and on the floor. Thank you.
My Daughter an I was at the Olive Garden in Tarentum,Pa. 15084 on 2/29/12. Our waitress(Monica) was the most nicess waitress you would ever want. She went out of her way to serve us an always very cheerful. she was that good of a waitress we gave her a $10.00 tip for her putting up with us two. we asked for extra bread an etc. she got . be nice if more waitress like her was out their, with a smile an happy ab out doing their job like she was. Happy too serve with a smile an conseveration too go with it.
I LOVE THIER SALAD.
Oliver Garden is my favorite resturant. I could eat here every day if I had the money.

I don’t like that it is difficult to get to the place to answer questions about Olive Garden. I won’t try to take your so called survey again. All this websites are just more sales BS. The food tonight was good. There is not an Italian in the place. What does “Verdunte de Roma” mean?
We had a great experience . Our waitress was Adriana B. I need to make sure that my meals are gluten-free. They do have a gluten-free menu, but I was sincerely impressed with Adriana’s Knowledge on the importance of cross contamination. She made every effort to personally see to it that my meal was safe for me. I appreciated that so much! So thank you for the dilligence and the great tasting food that I was able to relax and enjoy due to your committment to those of us with food allergies! This was at the Olive Garden in Visalia. Thanks and I’ll be asking for you again!
