The sales people are extremely helpful. Employee #593201 make copies for me and was really courteous and did the hole punch for my Irish Geneology. I also went to the computer department and looked at some new laptops and Ryan Spaulding was extremely knowledgeable. My experience was very good………….

TOM WAS VERY HELPFUL AND QUICK ABOUT THE THIN I NEEDED
I would like to make a comment about the person who used to be the store manager in Murrieta,Ca.( Tim Lind.) My first visit to the store was almost ten years ago and I have never forgotton how Tim treated me. Keep in mind, I am not a business customer but just a guy who walked into the store to purchase a small item.
What really impressed me was Tim teated me like I was a big customer. Here he is the manager of the store and he stops what he is doing and runs to the storeroom to take care of what I needed. Did he make me feel important? O Yeah He Did Big Time.
So where do I go first for the last ten years for my office needs? Of coarse to Office Depot. I didn’t see him often after that first time but whenever he happened to see me, once again he always made me feel special and an important customer to him.
I know he has left the store and I will not be seeing him anymore but, when I was in the store today I realized that he trained the people well who worked for him because I was getting the same kind of treatment that I got from Tim.
When I mentioned Tims name to the person waiting on me, I wasn’t surprized when they spoke very highly of Tim.
We will all miss Tim

I like to buy at 49 St and 6th Ave., Hialeah, the employees there are very nice and cooperative
called store 829 in san rafael looking for a toner cartridge and billy stoped what he was doing and went and found it for us. he put it on hold so we could pick it up after work. we got to the store, and as promised, azucenia (very helpful) found it in lay-a-way. they both made our shoping experience very pleasant, and we will be back.
