If you’re a employee of a hospital which is a member of American Nurses Association’s National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI), you might have received an invitation telling you to take an nursing quality survey online at www.NursingQuality.org/survey. The goal of the survey is to help your hospital learn the needs of nursing and improve the nursing job satisfaction. If you would like to participate in it, just check out the website and follow these instructions.
How to enter the survey:
1. When visit the above mentioned website, enter the hospital RN satisfaction code your employer provided to you.
2. Then select your unit from a drop-down list (see your unit/department’s posted list).
3. Finally, confirm your selections and answer all the survey questions they provide on the website (will take 15-20 minutes.)
Please note: Your participation is voluntary. Your job will not be affected by participation or nonparticipation. Your response will be anonymous and will go directly to NDNQI.
The NDNQI is a national nursing database own by the American Nurses Association. It collects and evaluates the specific nurse data from their acute member hospitals and provides actionable data, unit-level reporting, improvement strategies and more.
