Received The Hunger Games Disc 1. Less than half way through it the picture and sound both became distorted to the point that we could not tell what was happening. Please send another disc that is in excellent condition!

Instructions Not Included 236 626 has a choice of English or Spanish. However, in both “English” and “Spanish” everything, Including the opening credits are in Spanish. There are not even any subtitles. Please replace this with a disk that either the “English” choice works or at least has subtitles in English.
    Thank you.

The first “A New Leaf” had no sound or subtitles. The replacement would not play. Phrase something like “invalid disk” came up — much as we tried. HOPELESS??
