  1. the last dvd sent to me was damaged. this makes about the 4th time I have
    received dvd’ that did not work! Also it seems that I never get movies I
    have picked and put in the “QUE”. I sure hope your service improves!

    I have tried to get “North & South” the first one was cracked, the seconed one had sound only at the start of the movie then no sound, the third one was, I think, the same one! sound at the first then no sound.
    I would appreaciate it if you would wave the one month charge on my bill . three bad disks in a row is not a good track record!

  3. Any time I play a movie on line, it keeps stopping and starting. I pay for the internet movies and have a hard time watching them with this happening all the time, or I’m told it can’t be played at this time.
