  7. THis is a bunch of CRAP, I am so aggravated I am ready to just completely cancel
again having trouble logging on and blaming on set up here then I start getting this question about whether I am an active customer or not! Didn’t start out that way but…. so I finally give in and go the the ”/activate’ website (even though I don’t think I should have to and there is nowhere to enter the code you have given me! NOWHERE TO WRITE ANY COMMENTS EITHER, not that I guess you’d want to make that too easy! After going back starting over several times I decided to to go to your home and trouble pages but all you can to is click on YOUR choice of a problem and let it go….. again nowhere to actually comment. Finally I gave up and tried your call in line only to be told I’d be waiting for it to be convenient for you to talk to me! I am ready to cancel this stupid account so someone help me, unless you don’t care about one measly little customer which is starting to look like the case…. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS !
