    I don’t see the “Activation Code” anywhere in the letter/email.
    Please advise.

    Thank you for your kind instruction letter. Unfortunately it does not take me to an ‘activation’ site for entering the assigned code.
    Please have someone in the IT area send the correct access electronically and not through the hard copy department.

    Filled out the questions and detailed information on the Department of Veteran’s Affairs
    548/136H PSETS 100478. I also completed The attachment Enrollment Instructions paperwork 3/21/2014.
    I now would like to receive the latest credit report so that I may monitor my account each and every month with the bank statements and credit cards. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.     Letter from IRS advised me to do this and use a code “418332041048”
    they state one year, without payment. will be available due to security breach that could lead to identity theft.

    Please do not pay ancestor, inch. They have not given me anything for last months payment. Plus I didn’t think I orders anything from them.
