    I am having problems contacting a REAL PERSON regarding my Visa Gift (debit) card issued through DirecTV. I made a purchase of just over $89 but the hotel said the card did not pay them so they charged my regular Visa card as well. I need proof that the $89+ bill was paid on the gift card so I can send it to the hotel and get that money credited back to my regular Visa. PLEASE CALL ME!!!! When I try the 1-800–733-7152 number it just rotates me through computer menus. When I attempt to reach http://www.myprepaid.info it has me put in number series and then says that the web site has been shut down or is not available. My next step will be to contact the Better Business Bureau if I don’t get a real person to respond to my issue(s). The best way to reach me is 541-613-0570. Thank you for your attention to this.

    I just had same experiene today with debit visa card….mine was issued through cricket wireless.I have had nothing but stress from them.I literally have had to call customer service 20 plus times in a month.New cell.from.cricket always drops calls,internet up then apparently no connection.Very poor customer service when finally can speak to someone.
    Called the number listed on visa card.First just rang.Second time automated system did not help. As you did tried website http://www.myprepaidinfo . Still would not work.
    Would just cut my losses with this unacceptable cell company,but paid $156 for phone .Been paying $55 s month.
    Have insurance on phone and cricket has the audacity to have me pay $85 for new phone because when in there corporate store no calls dropped.Only have it three months if that. It is well knowb fact cell phone stores have boosters to make signal extra clear.

  3. Btw…thanks for posting so others are aware cards can seem to be valid but you had to use your own credit card for something you were given from Cox. This is basically false advertising…may finally get card owed to you but can not use it and NO live help. I wil be reporting to B.B as well if not fixed by Monday! Will also make sure others to not get scammed by invalid/false information.

    There are a few years I had bought a laptop at Radio Shack Company. They sent me a prepaid MasterCard of $100.00 as a rebate. I never used the prepaid card. I want to know if I can use it now and what I must do.
