    Once again we did not receive a paper this morning. Our neighbor received hers. This has happened several times and is unacceptable.

    It is Sunday morning and no paper. I called your toll free number and was given the option of a credit or delivery tomorrow. I said “neither” and the response was “We will deliver your paper tomorrow”. What good is it tomorrow? If there were a person to speak to this would not have happened. We need people to talk to when we have problems.

    I dis not receive the magazine section of my Sunday paper. Think it is called US Weekly. Tried to call and when I was being transferred to a rep all I heard was silence and I could not reach a rep.

    I am from Québec Canada and me and my family was in Coco Beach in 1975 aboard a boat encore and at this time M. Robert Donald too a picture of the family aboard the boat. I like too receive that picture because my is very hold and the new paper is come yellow by the time and we can not see to much because is came to dark . I am writing a book about this beautiful adventure we have in your country and this the only picture I can have.

    I walked out to get my paper today, and it was yesterdays. Today is Friday, February 20th. I have to walk on the road to get my paper because the person who delivers it, misses my driveway and it ends up in the road. If this continues I will have no choice but to discontinue you services.

  9. Worst company to deal with. My credit card number changed and I forgot to update it. I received a letter stating to go online or call to update. Every time I try to call, Im on hold for at least 20 minutes before anyone answers. Who has time for that? I go online and update the info, which its not an easy website to navigate. A month later my service is canceled since the company doesn’t bother to charge the new card on file. Get another letter to go online or call. Again, no time we sit on the phone all day and website is useless. The paper was always in the street or wet anyway. I’ll just go to the store for my paper. I see from other comments it’s not just in my area. The whole company just sucks.

    This morning, 9/12/15 I did not receive my paper. Last Sunday NO PAPER, Labor Day NO PAPER. I work so do not have time to call when your office is open. I want to be reimbursed for my losses and would like my paper to be delivered. If you still had competitors you would lose my business.
