Those people at customer care can’t solve problems u can’t access your account from the web or get any thing resolved. Don’t use this card, it is not represented properly. Don’t waste your time.

oigan,, como hago para recuperar mi dinero.. esto no se puede activar, y nadie me atiende en los telefonos.. me siento robado,necesito hacer unos pagos, estoy quedando mal con todo el mundo ,, por culpa de confiar en su tarjeta. … si no se puede activar retirenla del mercado ,, o coloquen lineas con operadores las 24 horas,,, y ya no mas maquinas contestadoras,, que es lo mas fastidioso que pueda ocurrirle a uno cuando necesita ayuda, por confiar en ustedes..
