To enjoy the online services, you must register to receive a unique Client ID. If you already have an existing Client ID and password, simply sign in your account and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the redemption process.
The website is encrypted using SSL 128-bit encryption, so it’s very secure to use. To make sure it works fine, please use the Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 – 7.0 or Firefox 2.0 – 3.1. to visit the website.

I agree….this is horrible….not user friendly at all….the previous system was super easy and convenient.
Why do you have to fix things that aren’t broken. This is not user friendly at all the previous one was fast and easy. I would love to see it returned!!!!!!!!
I have never been able to accsess my account from this website dont care for it at all .
why is it so difficult to get into or to get access to my account? this is not a friendly use system at all. I have tried a few times and failed to get any info therefore, as I now have phone and talk to a human being in order to find out certain things.
All these changes are very frustrating. I cannot even accsss my bonds after so many tries. Why changing the site anyway, without any warnings?????????

This is extremely frustrating. With the changes, I cannot access my bonds to redeem. Why reinvent the wheel when the old redemption system worked for those of us older citizens not too adept at this computer age. Is it just me????
I don’t know why there is an added step. Hot buzz for U added another screne to my process. I actually went back and re-entered my bonds.gc.ca thinking it sent me to an incorrect site. It was easy and very clear before. Why mess with a good thing?
