    I always enjoy shopping at Meijer in Traverse City. I have written several times that I would really appreciate it if the isle ’12 items or less’ was open earlier. I usually shop around 9 AM and it’s never open. This morning I only had four items and had to wait in a lengthy line up to purchase them. Perhaps they could install a button to be pushed if someone wanted to use that isle?? Thanks for listening.

    I w as so disappointed today after working in a retail store and being courteous to all my customers and standing on my feet for 8 hrs .to be treated with disrespect and and any sign of common courtesy I have to say I am more than disappointed in your stores customer service I hope that your training Will address this issue with your employees.

    Cascade Meijer’s has been my main store for many years. I usually enjoy the experience.
    This summer the store has had a problem keeping Pitted Dates on the shelves.
    I have not found the item in the last three weeks. I have talked to several employees and
    even the store manager. On Monday I was told they would be in in a couple days. Shopping
    on Thursday nothing has changed. The Kentwood and East Beltline stores have no problem
    with supply. What is wrong with the Cascade store? When the store manager makes a promise
    I think he should do it.
    Very disappointed with keeping products ready for customers.
