    The cashiers are required to ask if I the customer found everything that he was looking for. I have repeatedly stressed no and followed up by the item that I was looking for to no satisfaction. You would think that the store would be more responsive to their customers. Example. If you no longer bake Organic Spelt Bread and you have no intention of baking it anymore then inform us as such. It would be wise to invite a vendor/baker who does bake and sell this bread. Obviously you have good reason for not baking it yourself anymore but what about us? You’d be surprised how many customers seek this product other than myself. I know five personally in my immediate geographic area. I like Meijer but I don’t like to have to go to Whole Foods or a health food store in South Bend and Kalamazoo for bread. yarrow maslij.

    I had recently been chasing a artificial Christmas tree at all the local Indy stores, I was disappointed that my local store in Zionsville had sold the display, after being told the day before they could not sell the display. As a last resort I checked with the Pike Plaza store, and spoke with the manager Mr. Andre L.. He stated if I could wait until the corporate visit in two days, he would sell me the display. I picked up the tree today and I really appreciate the customer service the manager provided! He is obviously an asset to the Meijer organization ! Thanks again ! J.S.

    I made a quick visit to Meijer today because I was near it. The last two times I have gone, you were out of Kellogg’s Bran Buds. So I luckily found them AND was pleased to see they were still on sale at 2/$6, so I bought 6 boxes. I picked up some jewelry and checked out.
    When I got home I noticed the charge for 6 boxes was $23.94. It should have been $21.
    This kind of slip-up happens too often. I usually resolve to take my receipt back the next time I go to Meijer, but sadly I forget, or decide I haven’t time to stand in line twice.
    I sure wish there was a better way to coordinate your scanners with your sale prices.
