I have shopped meijer since the 1970 s . It is just as good now as it always has been for me . I like the variety of products and the overhead signs showing the way to them. I sure could use that shopping spree , as most people could , then I would be able to purchase more of the fabulous Meijer products !
Each time that I try to register for the survey my registered telephone number is always rejected and I am denied acceptance. What can I do?

Store #35 is the worst store that I have shopped at. They are always out of stock. I went shopping on Saturday at approximately 10 am and out of 25 items I wanted you were out of 4. It is like this on many shopping trips to this particular store. I have shopped Meijers for many years but this store really sucks for stock. On a good note, they always offer rainchecks but this doesn’t cut it. I will still be shopping at Meijers, but certainly at a different location.
I normally only shop at Meijer’s. But lately at store number 311, my husband Cary and I have had many problems with the quality of the food we purchase their.
Some examples: Cans of Whole Cut Green Beans – Meijer’s brand. Purchased 4 cans, two can had only water in them. Purchased 2 packs of smoked neck bones, had in ridge of 2 days, when I open them they were green and were spoiled. Next purchased 2 cans of Meijers Cut Tomato’s. But cans were spoiled, and one of the cans was half empty and dark brownish spots all over the cut up tomato’s. Purchased 2 bags of Fresh Idaho Potatoes, Both filled with spoiled Potatoes. Purchase Red Seedless Grapes, got the bag home, paid regular price, nothing but the droppings from other bags, must of the fruit could not be eating. Purchased, some hamburger, got it home. Looked like it had been repackaged and mixed with some good meat, the middle was brownish and smelled spoiled. Purchased some Chicken Wings, got package home, spoiled. This has all happen in the last month. It’s been very difficult for me. I am on a fix income, and don’t always have a way to take the food back to the store and get a refund. Recently had a scarey experience buying some Meijer’s Pain Relief, Acetaminophen, extra strength, 150 caplets – 500 mg. Once we got the product home, noticed it had already been open. What is going on with your food and medical products lately. My husband is sure that store number 311 is close to a lot of poor people and thinks your main store send substandard foods to this store and this is why we are getting so poor products. I would like to think not. Please advise. I appreciate your store, and before this only had a few problems over all the years I have shopped their, but lately, Since Mr. Meijer’s has passed away, the quality is just not there. We like to shop meijer and even do when we are in Illinois at the McHenry store, but would like you to put a store in the round lake beach area….. Also please take a look at the Public stores in florida, especially the Bakery…you need to improve on your bakery. Your produce is excellent and your meats. Just take a look at the selection at Publics…They are not the cheapest…..
I liked the store every cashier was nice.I found every thing I needed.

I have recently changed grocery stores to meijer….although the other store is closer to home I find their produce to be substandard the prices for almost everything to be much more expensive….and I hate only getting deals if I have their “CARD” If there is something on sale it should be available to everyone! I love meijer`s produce…. people parking and prices Thank You –Ann

I like the mark downs, i use them up that evening or if the cat litter is torn or dog food bag is damaged, its a great value after the weekend. I stay away from the store on Fridays, saturdays & Sundays.
