If you have purchased a Mobile Me Card with an activation key code, you should need to visit www.Me.com/activate to activate or renew your account before you start enjoying the service.
How to activate:
1. Visit the above activate link, enter your code accurately and select your account type. You can create a new account with a new member name, or renew your subscription or convert your trial or family member sub account to a full subscription by selecting the “Apply to an existing account” option.
2. Click the “Continue” button, enter your address information and agree the Terms of Service to complete the activation process. If you’re now in the free trial service of Mobile Me, you can select to apply the activation code at the end of your free trial.

I have paid my subscription in april and did not know that i have to activated.

I bought a family pack at the AT&T store when I ordered my i-phones. My activation code is 6X3PF2KD46AY32VY. I activated my account shortly after I recieved my phones in the mail. All this happened the end of July and the first of August. I recieved a notice in th email saying that I would be required to pay an additional $ 90 my account would expire in 7 days. I thought that I had a one year subscription. I tried to use the activation code above but it told me that code has been used which is true. I bought a family pack for $ 140, what does that get me ?
