Are you a cardholder of Macy’s Card or Macy’s American Express Card? If yes, you can now go to the website www.Macys.com/mymacyscard to sign in & manage your card account anytime with an Internet-access computer at home or office.

At the website, you can pay your Macy’s bill quickly. A pay made before midnight eastern time is processed to your account within 48 hours using the date your payment was submitted. You can also use the system to view your statement, rewards, and payment history. All in one place to manage your Macy’s Card.

    I tried leaving a message when asked it the info was helpful or not (another macys site). I clicked on ‘no’ wrote my message, clicked ‘send’ and got a message … that an answer ‘to a question like this’ was not able to get a reply! Goodness your software was efficient and very speedy. However, I still have the problem.

    I purchased a robe for my daughter for Christmas via macys.com online. It arrived. She opened the gift, didn’t like it. I have been searching the house looking for the info that came with it. No luck. Finally got to the site where i could print out the return label. Yea! But, I cannot find the info I need to complete the return. The info on my bill is scant. Hope do I get the info needed: CUSTOMER ORDER NUMBER.

    To Customer Service: Macys made a real disgraceful Mistake by closing my old Account: 1448842 7961, that I had since Oct.1 1984.
    When I was shopping at Macys on Dec. 23, 2013, I told the sales girl, that I already had a Macys Account and wanted her to use that number! I didn’t realize that she didn’t know what the heck she was doing. Then To my surprise I received a letter stating my old Account was being closed???? Then to my Horror, I get an “American Express” Card??? Which I never requested and didn’t want! I called Customer Service and told them to just issues me a Macys card with my old Account number or at lease link the two together.
    she said, ok and when I received the Card it says ” New Member” since 2013?????? What are you people thinking? Then I look at my Credit History and Score, And find out to my Horror & Dismay that both have been damaged by Macys. I lost -5 pts. on my credit score and $55,700.00 in Credit Worthiness! What a blunder of a mistake “Macys” has made!!! To damage my Credit History and Score. My question is how is Macys going to rectify their Mistake???
    My Suggestion is that you link the old Account: 1448 842 796 1 from 1984 to the New Acct: 47 039 574 299 0. And Correct & Restore my Good Credit History & Score with all Three Credit Bureaus.
    Then pleasd issues me a New Macys Card that states membet since 1984, if you value me as a Customer!

    I spoke with Ia on January 11, 2014 and cancelled my entire Macy’s and American Express Account. I asked for a written confirmation and she said one would be coming out in 7-10 days. To date I still have not received it.

    Please let me know when I can expect it.

    Why did you charge $ 2.00 fee to my account. . I was told this was late fee ?? I paid my account in full on 2/9/14 . Account balance was not late till 2/17/14 ???

    Re my account no. 41-762-822-316-0, I received a bill dated for the period ending Feb. 18, 2014 stating that the previous balance was not paid. Our records indicate that we paid that balance online and that Dollar Bank issued a payment to you on Feb. 13, 2014, transaction no. 01730. If this information is not consistent with your records please let us know.
