If you visited a Kona Grill restaurant recentlyand received a Kona Grill receipt with a survey invitation, you can go to the website www.Konagrill.com/feedback to leave your opinion about your experience by participating in the Kona Grill Customer Feedback survey.

How to enter the survey:

To start, you need to enter the zip code for the restaurant you’ve visited. You can find it on the top of your receipt. After enter it, you still need to enter the 5-digit check number and server’s name from your receipt. Enter them and click on the “Next” button.

Then follow the instructions to answer the survey questions about their foods and services.

At the end of the survey, you’ll receive a validation code that can be used to redeem the offer shown on your receipt. You should write the code down on your receipt and take it to the Kona Grill restaurant to redeem it.

  2. I would like two waitress recognized for outstanding service. Lesley and Lindsay Bock. While at your restaurant my son and I were caught in a shift change. We had asked Lindsay for tips on what to order and how each was prepared. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and was helpful in assisting our decision making.

    Then Lesley came over as the shift change was taking place. The hand off and communicating our orders went off without a hitch. Both gals were friendly and on top of their game.

    We will definitely come back again.

  3. I can’t get in to the above stated website to take the survey. It simply states that it is not available. What changed? I’ve taken the survey previously without any problem, however I can’t access it now. Can you help? We went to the one at LaCantera Parkway in SanAntonio TX, 78256. Thank You, Loretta
