What is Kmart 5 Star Customer Service?
Kmart has launched a new “5 Star Customer Service” program at all stores. According to this program, when you get help from their employee, you can receive a card identifying that employee’s name and the store number. Then you can go to www.Kmart.com/5star to provide your experience information, including the Store Number, Associate Name and how they helped you.

Julia Villarta was very helpful in finding the things I needed, so and catch the bus needed to return home. it was graitous of her to help me find what I needed in a timely manner.
I am very satisfed with the customer service Kmart Provides (3858) I recently had bought 2 lee Shirts at a price Of $16.99. Unfortunately i had an acident and my shirt got damaged with a cleaner. They nicelly with no questions asked exchanged it for me
for me. Thanks to Kevin and Anatasia, i had never had this happen to me and thought that my money was lost.
I started shopping at K-mart more recently because I like that fact that people are more helpful here than at Walmart. I was in to buy a couch for my son and Amy (7206) took the time to help me. I appreciate coming into a store and having employees happy to help and polite. Thank you very much to make little things in life simpler.

Went to store 3359 to look around meet Kim Betts helping another customer that had been there awhile in the lamps Kim help the customer in 5 min find what she needed I knew the customer she told that she could not had found what she needed if it was not for Kim way to go Kim
I recently went to Kmart to exchange some items . i meet a lovely lady name Juanessa at store 3868. She was very helpful , and kind . I actually can say I had a good time lol at Kmart returning things . she was awesome i go back to that store with ease . Iwill stop and say hi everytime i past her desk now . thank you

It’s has been a pleasure to walk in KMART OF GREENWOOD, SC and start shopping for the CHRISTMAS SEASON, It was people there at Kmart, but for some reason I was able to look around and start shopping. My family and I are frequent shoppers of kmart store 7410. Your staff is always helpful. But one person stands above all, his name, Nathaniel Wineglass. He is always smiling and willing to help. Sometimes he goes out of his way to answer questions or show you where to find hard to locate items or prices. He is a good man and very helpful.
I wanted to let you know that, Brice was very nice and pleasant to meet.
He was clean looking. My visit was nice and will return.
