What is Kmart 5 Star Customer Service?
Kmart has launched a new “5 Star Customer Service” program at all stores. According to this program, when you get help from their employee, you can receive a card identifying that employee’s name and the store number. Then you can go to www.Kmart.com/5star to provide your experience information, including the Store Number, Associate Name and how they helped you.

I just wanted to let someone know about this great employee. I usually go to walmart, but on this perticular day I didn’t want to deal with all the people. I went into Kmart to get some weed kill, but ended up buying more. When I got to the counter she was the most pleasant person I had ran into all day. Her warm personality and nice smile made me want to shop there more. Walmart sometimes gives you the feeling that you are only a # and sometimes the employees act as though you are bothering them and don’t even speak. I would like to say that yesterday when I went shopping for a vacuum the associate Francisco Alcaraz #7418 was great in helping me out choosing the right one. I loved his customer service. He is a great associate.He made the shopping so easy. Thank You Francisco
On thrusday i was in the ladies department i was looking for an outfit and reyna clock 170 came to help me and i apreciate it that she had the time to help me and if i would to go back i will go with reyna because she really help me alot the outfit that i was looking for was by jackylin smith.

I ask a lady on the floor named Carla De Vol of store #7402 to help me in the
drape section which she did . I spent $75.00 on drapes and rods thanks to her help. i will shop at kmart more often with that kind of service ans courtesy.

while i was shopping in lawn and garden at store #7645 i was helped by a man name randy and i was really happy with the service i got and ill be happy to come back and shop there any time
i just wont to to say i brought DSIs today and Mrcus Freeman at store 3336 was a wonderful friendly person and he was very very helpful.
some times i hate going into to kmart but i love seeing Gloria Taylor #117 at store 3336 she all smiles and talks to me and my mother very nice and always ask about the kids she worked there a long time and i love seeing her in kmart she has 5 stars from me.

Today I had a great experience with your employee Carrie Stone Store #7480. She went way overboard to find a Bissell floor/carpet sweeper this morning. She never gave up and finally found 2 buried against a back shelf behind, of course, the more expensive sweepers. She was GREAT and I am very happy to have my old fashioned Bissell floor sweeper. You need more employees like Carrie.
My husband and I went to store #3795 to purchase an outdoor patio set, one of the items wasn’t avaiable and the store manager wrote our information down, what we wanted to purchase, and our phone number. She told us they would be getting a shipment in the next morning and if thet table we wanted was in the shipment, she would call us. Not only did she call us, but she had everything waiting on a flatbed when we arrived. She had us rung up right away and called for an associate to help my husband load it in the truck. What an asset she is to your company. I know in the future If I have any problems that I can go to Mz. Rodriguez and she will go out of her way to help.
