What is Kmart 5 Star Customer Service?
Kmart has launched a new “5 Star Customer Service” program at all stores. According to this program, when you get help from their employee, you can receive a card identifying that employee’s name and the store number. Then you can go to www.Kmart.com/5star to provide your experience information, including the Store Number, Associate Name and how they helped you.

I would like to compliment Kathy Shepard at store #4334 for her continued help everytime I shop in her store. Always there to assist me in locating items that I have trouble finding.
I visited store 9101 last week and was checked out by Jill. She was very polite nad and helpful. Gave a good impression of your store which I think is great customer relations.

I would just like to say that Ken Soles at store 3821 is an amazing guy.I have never met a pharmacist at any store, anywhere, ever, that is as nice and polite as this man is.I don’t know what you pay him but I recommend at least a 20% increase in pay,trust me he’s worth it.The professional level at which he conducts business is almost unseen in today’s workplace.It’s a shame that more people don’t exercise the same professional attitude and fortitude that this man does.In my book he deserves a two thumbs up,and after thinking about it, make that 30%.

I was so impressed with Mrs. Brandi Chapman at your store #9620. She works in domestics, and went out of her way to help me locate X large Depends. I am blind in one eye, and have to carry my oxygen tank with me. She impressed me by going out of her way to guide me through the store and helped me also find the glue for my teeth. Thank you, Brandi! You are the reason I’ll always come back to that particular K-Mart!!!
Irene Jiminez #63 at Store # 3169 was amazing customer service representative. We were there to inquire about the availability of ceiling fans of the kind we wanted. She was calling other Kmart stores one after the other and she had the phone on her ear, at the same time she was taking returns from other customers and she was instructing junior employees what they have to do.All these with smiling face and the impression “I am here to help you”.Thanks Irene.

I would like to recognize Kmart employee Anissa from El Paso, Texas working at Store #4201. She was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable in her work duties. I complimented her work ethics and thanked her for being patient as she processed our purchases. Anissa demonstrated the highest level of professionalism any employer could ask of its employee. She certainly make our shopping trip a super nice experience and we’ll certainly be returning. Keep up the great job Anissa!

Kudos to Kmart Associate Martha Rodriguez from El Paso, Texas – Store #3491! She provided “amazing” customer service and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and knowledge of her duties and responsibilities. She maintained calm and was very patient when an obnoxious male subject became rude and disrespectful to her customers for no apparent reason. Associate Rodriguez contacted security immediately; however, she continued with her work without missing a beat. She certainly impressed myself and others for her caring and professional manner in dealing with a difficult situation. She is the reason we’ll all be returning to shop at Kmart again! Thank you Associate Martha Rodriguez on a job well done!!!
DANA ARMEATA of store #3358 deserves a 5 star for sure. I had decided to just do the process of elimination in an attempt to find what I was looking for. DANA was doing her job and ask “if I was finding what I was looking for?” It was to say the least a shocking event in this little to no customer service world we now live in. DANA not only ask me if I needed assistance but guided me to the product I was looking for. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!! Remember that employees deserve a slap on the back for a job well done.
