www.JDPoweronline.com/vqs is the online landing page to enter The J.D. Power Vehicle Quality Survey. If you have received an invitation mail or postcard from J.D. Power and Associates that told you to take the survey, just check out this website and follow the instructions to complete it.

How to enter the survey:

First of all, find out the eight-digit passcode from your invitation mail.

Then go to the website www.JDPoweronline.com/vqs and enter the eight-digit passcode to start the survey.

On the following page, you need to answer a list of questions regarding  your vehicle. It will take you a few minutes to complete the survey. At the end of the survey, you will be automatically entered in their sweepstakes to win up to $100,000 from J.D. Power and Associates!

    The survey takes too long. The website is too hard to use. This used to be simple. Lets find out if the client is happy with the vehicle. Rate the satisfaction with the purchase process. Rate the satisfaction with the vehicle. Rate the satisfaction with the delivery process. Your are going way too far with the survey. I understand why you are reaching for the information, however people expect a simple straight forward, short process. You are not delivering that simple process and it may affect the manufacture of the vehicles in a negative way. You are turning an excited purchaser of a $50,000.00 Dodge Ram Dooley into a frustrated buyer. One who was excited to share his happiness and satisfaction about those three processes but unable to do so. I am forwarding this information to Chrysler.

    I love my Ford Escape, but your survey closed before I was finished. I haven’t driven it too much and have less than 250 miles on it now, but have not had any problems to this point. Thank you.

  5. Unable to access the website. Send it in paper form instead to complete. Everyone likes to have to opportunity to win money when they are satisfied with their new car VW Jetta.

    Second attempt…Dodge works great, however, J.D. Power surveys ain’t exactly batting a thousand. Must have hired the same people that worked on Obamacare.

    I wanted to do the survey so I could have a chance to win the $100,000 that we need so desperately bad. I can’t get in the website to do it. If you can fix it, I’ll be glad to do it.

  9. Your web site does not comply with how to do the survey per your mailing you sent out. Thanks for the dollar, the time I have spent on trying to do this survey is not worth it. Get a better system and more people will give you the information you are seeking.

    I had to be near the end of this ridiculously long survey when it shut down. What a waste of time and effort.
