I just wanted to let you know of a nice experience I had at your walgreens photo dept at 1001 Forrest Ave Dover DE. Employee Donovan helped me from beginning to end. I had never used the machine to develop my pictures from my disc and was a little nervous before going to the store, in hopes I d get someone that would be patient and kind enough to assist me. Donovan made me feel very comfortable and not nervous about my new experience. He went beyond and above his customer service. I have a walgreens closer to my home, but I will really consider going to where Donovan works because of his kindness. He is a wonderful employee who desires to be recognized for his great work.
