On Feb 1, 2011, I walked to the Union Station Haveys only find out it was under construction and the resturant was relaocted at Royal Bank Plaza. It would have been nice for Harvey’s to have indicated so on the signs in Union Station Path that directs customers to Harvey’s on the upper level. None-the-less when I walked back to Royal Bank Plaza and purchased my Original Burger Combo, it was all worth it. Good tasting Berger, Harvey’s!

i normally would not respond to these surveys , but i purchased a poutine at your rexdale outlet and i was very dissapointed the fries were sparse and cold and soggy ,and seemed like the staff were more interested in the smoke break then trying to please the cx .So i was discouraged allthough i did have this gift card ,and i really like poutine ,so i tried the harveys outlet on 805 the queensway and the staff were great ,and the poutine was hot ,full and the cheese melted perfect and this made me very happy and full .i just wish all your outlets extended this courtesy and service regards paul l
On the 23rd of March 2011 I went to my favourite Harvey’s for lunch . I have been going to this establishment since the early 80′s when it was first built . However moving forward I ordered a # 1 Original combo through the drive through window . When I got home to my surprise it was a bacon cheeseburger the bacon looked like it was all crumbled up and broken almost like a bacon bit .Even though I did not order it . The toppings I ordered were lettuce & tomato the shredded lettuce was tired and rusty & the tomato on the burger was a little larger than a loonie . Iwas very upset when I saw this. The coffee I ordered was black with 2 cream on the side , when I opened the lid the cream had been added .This happened on March 23rd 1:42 p.m. There was a bad snow storm that day.I feel as though I received the bottom of the barrel .As I stated I have been a long time fan and supporter of the Winston Churchill /Dundas location . I also still have the reciept total was $8.46 .

I was told I could get some coupons for Harveys from the website, like buy one, get one free or two can dine for $9.99 or whatever the price is. I can’t find where to click on the coupons. I get them for other stores & I don’t want other stores coupons. I would like Harveys coupons please. I go there a lot.

Today I took my husband out for lunch at the Harvey’s on Mapleview Road in Barrie. I ordered 2 original combo’s w/cheese , 1 with fries & 1 with onion rings. My fries were wilted & cold – and my husband’s onion rings were anemic looking & cold also. This was a less than favorable lunch experience, and we will both certainly have to give careful consideration as to if we will continue dining at Harvey’s in the future. The Burger’s were good however given the side’s it ruined the meal.
Over the years we have both been loyal and regular patrons to the host of Cara’s dining establishment’s and very satisfied with the quality and value – not including today’s visit.

On Sunday the 29th my husband and I visited our favorite Harvey’s at Winston Churchill and Dundas in Mississauga. I was pleased to see the Mushroom melt was back so I ordered it, unfortunately! The burger and the toppings were fine but there weren’t enough mushrooms to , as the old saying goes, fill your hollow tooth. Very disappointing to someone who loves mushrooms. A while back Wendy’s had the same burger and since I really do like mushrooms I decided to try it and it was great. There were a lot of mushrooms, very good sized pieces, another complaint about yours the pieces are so small you can hardly taste them, your burgers are much better I will admit but I will always go to Wendy’s for the Mushroom melt. Sorry about that!

I visit the Harveys in Toronto’s Commerce Court every morning. The staff is super friendly and curteous. This week I miss “Charlie” who is on vacation. He remembers my order and exactly how I like my breakfast. It has been my experience that the Harvey staff is friendly and accommodating – keep up the good work!

Our family loves Harvey’s/Swiss Chalet!! There isn’t any restaurant near our home, but whenever we go through New Liskeard, Ontario we make sure to stop there for a meal. I tried to fill out the information but the Access Code on my receipt did not print out properly. I hope I will win it this way????

We stopped yesterday to the new harvey’s site in Kingston ontario,
on the Bath road….the chichen breast was overcooked & dry,,,, the fries were over cooked as well…& the bill was $16.01…Not cheap.. why do owners of these outlets get such inexperienced people to cook ??
