  1. went to harvey’s for chocolate shake,and to my surprise i got what looked like chocolate milk,i asked the guy what the heck ! thinking the machine was broken,then manager came over and told me they changed the recipe to a more healthier drink………….you have got to be kidding, i go to harvey.s for fast food and loved your shakes,a freakin shake if i wanted a healthier drink i’d ordered orange juice,I’ve been going to your establishment a long time and and all the rest of the fast food burger joints,and i always thought you guys were best,put up with all the changes and prices,But i got to tell yeah i am pretty disappointed.i sent the shake back and went down the street for an ice cap.i don’t think I’ll be back

  3. Visited Harvey’s on Royal Windsor and Southdown a couple days ago and I must say the service was fantastic. Was served by Bella who went out of her way to satisfy me in every way. Great employee, who I think deserve Employee of the week. Keep up the good work.

  5. On Saturday December 13,2014, I visited your Harvey,s/Swiss Chalet location at 269 Rexdale Blvd in Toronto.
    I ordered two (2) festive meals for take out. Total was $31.05. There was a very unreasonable lengthy delay.
    I was limited for time and therefore did not open the containers until I reached my destination four blocks away.
    The entire meals were awful. very cold,the chicken was over cooked and dried to a crisp,the fries were dried out.
    I had intentions of returning it to the location but was prevented by my schedule hours of work.
    The two meals were deposited in the garbage container.

    I have had meals from that location very many times in the past and have always found it enjoyable ..take out or eat in. The quality has always been excellent. I just hope you will bring this to the attention of the staff that was on
    duty at 3.13p.m.on Saturday,December.13,2014. They could affect your business negatively.
