How to enter:
Visit www.Futureshopcares.ca, read the instructions and select your language (English or French) to start. On the next page, you will be asked to provide the codes in Groups A, B, and C on your receipt. Enter the codes carefully in the spaces and click the “Next” button to continue. Then you need to answer some questions about your shopping experience. Upon completing of the survey, you will receive one entry into the customer sweepstakes.
