If you visited one of the First Tennessee Bank’s financial centers or contacted their customer service call center recently, you might receive an email asking you to participate in a short survey. Upon completion of the survey, you could have a chance to win a $1,000 cash prize in regional random drawings each quarter.

How to enter the survey:

Have your service receipt at hand, visit the website in your web browser. Then enter the transaction number and transaction date from your receipt and follow the instructions to answer the survey questions and share your own opinions. At the end of the survey, submit your personal details to receive your entry of the quarterly drawing.

    I had an account with Bank of America for over 25 years and finally had enough of the many problems and moved my accounts to First Tennessee 5 years ago. The people are always friendly, banks at handy locations and few problems that I have had are fixed promtly. The Manager on Riverdale went way beyond when I had someone falsify checks and steal money.

  2. Could not get to the site. I clicked on your highlighted took me to a site called RUMBA! Tried three different times. Shame your voting site is not as good as the tellers who take care of me at the Bartlett Branch @ 6891 Summer. Knock themselves out taking care of their customers!

    Comments: You really should double Connie’s salary and place her in your

    Connie is your “super star” at the Dallas Bay Branch and she sets the
    standards for all of your employees to follow.

    Connie always greets me by name, offers prompt service, and follows through with asking if there is anything else she can assist with. Going to Dallas Bay Branch is just like “going home”.

    I am seriously disappointed with your closing the Dallas Bay Branch.

Just because she was having a bad day doesn’t give her the right to take it out on me! All I was doing was sending a deposit through the drive through.
