Cannot activate my card. Says my user name is alreadt in use. No way. Please provide a phone number to call?

I tried to activate mine too – got the site is down message. I did call the number on the back of the card and got a customer rep right away (at 6:30 am). She told me the cards don’t require activation(??). I said there is a sticker on the card that says to go to a website to activate. She said she knows. So if you have problems I would suggest you just call but I think that activation thing is in error.

I tried to activate my new card as suggested on the red sticker attached to the card. No luck on the internet or either of the phone numbers on the back.

This card is a replacement made upon the death of my husband, Platt C. Holden: 3/25/30; deceased 5/31/14. I have returned all necessary documents. Please advise how I can activate this card. I cannot be without prescription medication. Judith S. Holden

Unable to register. Informed my e-mail is already used by someone. Also told my name is already registered – maybe, but combined with spouse’s name & his birthday? I have not had trouble before!

I tried to activate my replacement card on line as recommended by your instruction on the red tape.
The web site was pre-occupided with having me download additional programs that I did not request, none of which were useful.

    Still not activated.

I’ve had the same problem and finally gave up and called the number on back of our cards. Not sure it will help any of you, but the number on our card is 800-367-3636. As soon as the recording comes on I say “respresentative”. I don’t want to listen to any recording, I want to talk to a human. I was connected to a very nice man. He asked a few questions to verify everthing and then told me our cards are now activated. Maybe this will help some of you. (We’re TRS – Care…not sure if that makes any difference)
