i came into the store on sunday afternoon asking about garden fences and found the nice young lady called kirsty very helpful and very polite she explain the diffence with the panels for a new girl she was very confident in what she sold me i found the young lady was very at ease with me and my husdand and if or when we come back i would come and ask for this lovley and very polite kirsty again
I AM HAVING WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER WITH B&Q THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE
I AM WITHOUT A KITCHEN SINCE 4 WEEKS SENT OUT CHEAP STUFF AFTER CHARGING FOR THE EXPENSIVE STUFF. THEY DO NOT TAKE ANY NOTICE OF ALL THE CALLS YOU MAKE. NEVER AGAIN B&Q..ONLY IF YOU WISH TO BE STRESSED AFTER PAYING SO MUCH.

i have been very impressed whenever i have visited B and Q nothing was to much trouble today i had the help of a young man called Steve he not only helped me with my kitchen tiles he pushed my trolley to my car and neatly packed them for me . I will always recommend the store at Pool in Cornwall. store code CBE 660
Shopping at B and Q is always a pleasure, the staff are so friendly and helpful.
May I make a suggestion; the smaller stores often do not have the item needed in stock, I recently had to travel about 25 miles to a large Town I am not familiar with, to pick up what I had reserved. as it was not eligible for home delivery it would be great if there could be a service to alleviate this problem.

Sorry to say that it is almost impossible to get an answer when you make a telephone call to B & Q. This is very frustrating when all you need is to know whether the item you have ordered has arrived in stock. We had to make two journeys to the store just to ask this question and with petrol prices as they are………
BEST THING TO DO WITH B@Q IS TO ADVOID THEM. AFTER SALES SERVICE IS A JOKE .ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DONT CARE. I AM A BUILDER AND HAVE TO TAKE BACK MANY BAD ITEMS .I COULD WRITE A BOOK ON THERE MISTAKES AND PROBLEMS.
On visiting your store on sat 12th may I was very impressed with the service I got from a young man called Ben at your Weston Super Mare branch , he was so helpful not only with the chose of what I purchased but also with help getting the items into my car as they were quite heavy. I must tell you about John on paint in your cheltenham store .His customer service is ,just excellent . He is so helpful, willing,and corteous ,and all done with a smile and good humour.My three visits to the store to get the right colour were made so much of a pleasure rather than a pain thanks to john’s help. i tried to participate in the store survey but it is obvious you do not accept irish customers.i am not a computer illiterate so dont treat me as one.your currency on the survey was for english pounds there was none for the euro.
visited b n q cricklewood, i have found staff to be helpful, i needed a certain type of paint, and a guy called robert in the decorating dept, found what i needed straight away, very impressed with him
In the Widnes Store I ask for help from Sue – she took me to the product – put it in my trolley(because it was heavy – 10 litres of emulsion) and said ‘when you’ve finished shopping, call me and will take it to your car. She helped me through the checkout and put the paint in my car – very helpful, friendly – well Done Sue.
