    Dear Sir / Madam,
    re: Your Glastonbury Store.

We have visited your store on 3 occasions recently, as we are decorating the exterior of our home, treating the fence panels, and other tasks.
As you don’t seem to have a ‘Store Specific’ email contact for your Glastonbury Branch, I’m completing this survey to convey our appreciation for the friendly, efficient, courteous and most helpful advice & service we have received from Sue at your branch.
I would be grateful if you could advise Jane Powell ? (Manager) of these observations, and request that she both makes a record of your valuable staff member’s efficient and courteous manner which we have experienced from Sue, and that Sue herself is made aware of the fact that her commitment and knowledgeable advice does not go unnoticed,
    Thanking you in anticipation,
John & Lana Gibson (Wells, Somerset).

  3. Steve at High WycombeHGW435 gave me kindly advice and help with a large Christmas tree, even helping me get it to fit into a rather small car. CMc

  4. I recently visited your Strood store which I must admit I find on most occasions the service there is always so good. The staff are always most helpful and courteous and being an O.A.P I very often need a hand with heavy purchases. I am always asked if I need help even when they are busy which is why I go there. Last night I went for some sand and grit to prepare my hanging baskets and had them all taken care of and put in the car for me after I had paid at the till. The young lads Andrew and Rob were very kind and thoughtful, so my thanks goes to them, much appreciated.

I have been served by Anne at your Guildford store for something like 25 years, GLD179
I always look for her in the store, and she is ace at choosing the paint colour to mix.

Also, Russell, for years he has always been efficient and good natured when manning the tills.

    A 10 for them both!

This morning I met the manager Lisa Bennett who was very pleasant and explained properly about the question’s I had. Well done B/Q I am very happy with the service I receive.
