    First time I ever spent the time to do a survey and I was unable to print the coupon. Feeling a little scammed right now, looks like I have plenty of company!!

    this was a difficult survey to get through. maybe it wasnt meant to be done on i-phone but i could not get anything written to you so i am writing you now.

    the thing i think you should improve on is customer service. you had to look for someone to help you then when did not a lot of enthusisaum and tried to leave quick and did not have answers to question and did not offer to find anyone who did. when there was a pile of balls without tags it was a huge ordeal and took too much time to by a 3.99 t-ball. the cashier was nice and pleasant but when i asked about an item i could not find he pointed and said over there. your store is too big for ‘over there’. then they were out of them and nothing anyway. customer service is big in our economy today lets face it that brings people back and tells others about the experienmce. thank for listening
