There is no way that I can transfer my rewards from my old card to the new one (on line) as it keeps refusing me by saying something is wrong. I redo what is already right and then it says something else is wrong. Why can’t this be fixed. This is terrible.

  3. Trying to order another replacement / new cvs extracare health card

  4. This is very aggravating because I have been trying to put in my numbers a couple times and it keeps telling me that I have the incorrect one. CVS team needs to fix this problem

  5. I agree with the above. It will not accept this. I carefully filled in the numbers , etc. , & it still rejects it. Does this work on Sat. at 7 pm? That is when I am trying to do this. It does not say if it works all days of the week or not. Our CVS is open 24 hrs. ; funny that the website isn’t also. This is not “user friendly”.
