I need to speak with a person???????????? I’ve always recieved my food stamps on the 5th of each month. now i have nothing and all i get on the phone is put on hold and then the line disconnects. how can i find out whats happened, my case doesn’t update until dec.
my case worker sat up an interveiw for me over the phone the 10/05/11 but she didnot call so now my food stamps has been cut off my case worker was name ms.dunn and i called and left my name number date of birth and my home nummber the load965b i can be rech at 404-752-8480 thanks much.

I was supposed to have a phone interview on dec 5 2011 and still have not been called. this new system is a big joke. it is taking food from people that really need help. we need to go back to the old system. if not there are going to be a lot of lawsuits behind this system. I was suppost to have a phone interview 12/13/11, I never heard from anyone, I have tried many times to acess the info to mycompass.com, this is a joke ; I was never able to get online at one point the System was down. I called and left a message on December 27th and still I have not heard from you all to set up oa appointment, My Stamps should h ave been on my card on January 10th, What is really going on?

I have been trying to speak with someone for over a month nw my stamps have stop .I reapply is wht I was told and have not heard from anyone .this is crazy these ppl are getting paid to do nothing but hang up on you.were not ask for money just what our tax money has paid for just incase we get in a hard time .ths is my first time trying to use the system tht is suppose to help me.and we get nothing but answer machines and hang ths has to stop.all ppl are in need .there are ppl thtb have been on ths system for years,and thts!
