How to check the Promotion Status:
To get started, make sure you have completed the installation and have maintained the minimum level of services for the required time period. If yes, just open the above website right now and click on the “Status Lookup” link.
On the next page, you can check your status by using billing information (Billing Address and Phone Number) or account number. So please have a recent Comcast bill at your hand so that you can enter the information correctly.
Once you enter all, click on the “Search” button, then you can see a list of promotion items. Just click on the item name to view the status.
