www.Xfinityrewardcenter.com – Check Comcast XFINITY Promotion Status Online

If you ordered a Comcast XFINITY service which includes a promotion item such as Visa Prepaid Card or electronics, you can go to the XFINITY Reward Center website www.Xfinityrewardcenter.com or xfinityrewards.checkmyrebate.com to check the reward status 24/7 online.

How to check the Promotion Status:

To get started, make sure you have completed the installation and have maintained the minimum level of services for the required time period. If yes, just open the above website right now and click on the “Status Lookup” link.

On the next page, you can check your status by using billing information (Billing Address and Phone Number) or account number. So please have a recent Comcast bill at your hand so that you can enter the information correctly.

Once you enter all, click on the “Search” button, then you can see a list of promotion items. Just click on the item name to view the status. If you receive a “No Record Found” message, it means your promotion is not on processing. You can check it a few days later for the website to show an updated status.

Your promotion items are shipped to your service address via USPS standard mail. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

I signed up for triple play 6/17/2012, I still haven’t recieved my $250.00 gift card, and it’s now 2/13. It is a rip off!!! Every time I call, i’m on hold for an hour, get hung up on or transferred to someone who can not help me. I plan on cancelling real soon, if they don’t pay.

I don’t prefer Comcast service in home nor customer service. The rebate was the only reason I signed back up in March. The 800 # said to contact them the 1st week of August.
Here is it 2nd week of August and when I put in my address info or the account # it states my ACCOUNT can’t be located. I wrote an email.. NEVER answered. I call the 800 # and I am told to wait and call back.
I sure hope this isn’t hype.

  5. Need my rebate, thinking of ending service if this is a rip-off, have called and been put on hold to many times.

  6. I’m really nervous now to see all these disappointments. My rebate is $400. If there’s people still waiting for a $200 rebate then I know I’m in trouble. Customer care can’t see any info about my rebate and like everyone else I’ve been given the run around. I’m with you Larry I’m gonna end this nightmare. #RipOff

I was promised a $150.00 rewards gift card when I added internet service. It has been over 3 months (required time. ) I called customer service and was told I had to go on the website. Well, you get nowhere on the website. Said my account number and my name and address did not exist. What a surprise. I am going to call the 800 number tomorrow and if I do not get any satisfaction, I am calling the BBB in Nashville AND every local television station in Nashville for their help. This WILL BE investigated. I will also contact the FCC. This is not right. It is not fair for them to be able to treat customers this way.
