This is thw WORST service possible. One of my TV’s needed a new box so I went and got one at the service center (90 minute wait) came home plugged it in (correctly) and tried to activate…no luck!! The main feed for the digital cable will not receive channels 50 and above without them fading in and out, the TV that needed a new converter box…still will not receive channels 40 and higher.

New 42″ Panasonic HDTV, tried to activate, instructed to click “activate” at the bottom, but there is no such a place. Tried “Chat”, but during my typing BREVIN 39134 left the room. Talked to a representative who switched me to an automated machine , followed the instructions, but to no avail. I am in a process of buying a package (internet and phone), but with these difficulties I put it on hold. Alex November 2,2011
