I completed the survey on 11/8/10 and wanted to enter the sweepstake but was unable to complete the information for entry. So could you tell me if I entered the sweepstake because due to some technical error with Borders program it kept kicking me out, so I was not able to hit next to complete the
    entry.

Key West’s Borders is the premire book store in this town! Friendy and attentive staff, great location when I’m on my way home from a days fishing.

I ordered a book on borders.com, to be delivered to my local borders for pick up. I was notified that the book was shipped within two days, but it never arrived at my local store, and the staff were not very helpful. The website required that I have the order number, which I had long deleted from my e-mail account, assuming the book would arrive in a few days.

I love the service I get. I love the atmosphere. I can’t think of anything bad that I would say about the store. When I want to sit and relax and read that is my favorite place to go.
