These sucks! I bought a contact lense 2 days ago from vision work. I was convince to get this product because of rebate. Now when i am getting ready to complete my rebate, i cant get my personal code. The store where i got it doesnt know it either. This company(bausch and lomb) has to train their representative well or else their costumer in the future will be at stake. I can see now why they got 4 comments above of this, having troble accessing their rebate. Is this a plan to cheat their costumer??? Please dont waste our time. Be honest!!!

Why is it that if I am a returning customer I get docked $20.00? The doctor’s office told me I would get $50.00 back, turns out it is only $30.00. Don’t you want me to be a returning customer? Just make these the same… or at least give the returner a better deal to make me want to come back. Next time, I”ll go with another company.

Gee Bausch and Lomb!!!! Get your act together! You are “supposedly” a reputable company…been around a long time. I’ve been waiting almost three months now for your “wonderful” rebate that all of your Doctor’s offices push on customers and rave about to get people to buy more boxes than they really probably want. Just put a check in the mail and be quick about it. This pre-paid credit card crap sucks!!!!! Oh that’s right, it’s been almost three months and I haven’t even received that yet!!!!! Won’t be doing the rebate thing again…shame on you for baiting people!

On March 10, 2011, Oregon Eye Clinic sold me your contacts along with my eye exam. They also gave me a Vsa card with a $20 value. On 9/19/11 I ordered more contacts and attempted to pay for them with the Visa card at Oregon Eye Clinic. The reply to the Clinic was that it had O balance! I have never used the card. The card was not due to expire until 03/12 !! So–what happened ? Thank you for a reply.

I purchased the four pack with the understanding I would be able to submit a rebate to off set the remaining cost. After paying for the lenses, Price Optical in Williamsport PA refused to provide the rebate coupon stating that I do not qualify for the rebate because of my partial insurance coverage.
