My brother received his phone yesterday..but did not receive the approvial letter along with it. He tryed to call to explain and see if he could get the number to activate his phone, the represntive was rude and told him he had no account ..He explained he already had the phone but did not receive the letter ..and that he needed the number..he would not give it to him..what does he do now..he cannot use the phone without the number on the letter . The first phone I recieved was stolen a couple days after I got it. You sent me another one with no 6 digit number to activitate it. I finally got to a phone I called to get it activate it. A guy came on the phone that had a accent that was hard to understand. I tried 3 times to activate it with him. Couldn’t get it to activate. I gave up. He was in a hurry and I couldn’t understand him very well. I am sending the phone back. It was a good ideal, but not worth the trouble to get it activated. Plus the signal was really weak on the first phone I had kept losing calls.

But I made a mistake during activation: I put my phone number instead ACCOUNT PIN because account Pin consist from 6 digits but my phone number consists from 10 digits. Activation procedure demands to put 10-digit Account Pin but where can I get it. I cant activate my phone anymore. I need your help and advise, what shall I do now. Error 11-01.0075.
